Whether you are starting your journey of faith or are farther down the road in strengthening your personal relationship with Jesus Christ, many avenues for Christian education are available through McCordsville United Methodist Church. Christian education is a life long process of learning and sharing God’s Word and striving to live a Christ-like life. Katherine Messier chairs our team of Christian educators and for more information on our church’s education programs, you may contact her here.
Sunday School
Sunday School classes are held each Sunday at 10:45 a.m. There are two classes, one for pre-school and kindergarten and the other class for elementary school children.
Adult Education Classes
Two adult education classes are held each Sunday at 10:45 a.m. One adult education class is led by our Lay Leader, Jim Turney, and is conducted in the Library. Pastor John Myrland leads another adult education class or discussion group in the sanctuary and these discussions typically focus on how Christianity can be applied to current events and everyday life.
