Finding Christ in Christmas

Advent Photo Challenge 2025

Welcome to Advent at McCordsville UMC! This Advent season, we invite you to join us as we prepare our hearts to find Christ in Christmas. Through Max Lucado’s devotional In the Manger, our weekly worship, and a churchwide photo challenge, we’ll explore how God reveals His hope, peace, joy, and love through the humble birth of Jesus.

How It Works

  • Read the day’s devotion from In the Manger.
  • Reflect on how that truth appears in your own life.
  • Snap a photo that captures your reflection.
  • Post it on Facebook/Instagram (or in our church group) with #MUMCAdvent2025 or #FindingChristInChristmas.
