Booth Fee

There is no booth fee again this year for vendor spaces.

Space Size

Vendor spaces are approximately 10' x 10'.

If you need more space, please note that on your application.

Festival Dates

Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19, 2026.

What Vendors Need to Know

Vendor spaces are approximately 10 feet by 10 feet. If your display requires additional room, please indicate your space needs on the application. Additional space may be available depending on layout and overall vendor participation.

All vendors, including McCordsville UMC members, must complete the online vendor application to request a space.

Submission of an application does not guarantee placement. Vendors will be contacted regarding acceptance and space assignments.

When possible, we try to avoid placing similar vendors directly beside one another.

Vendor information may also help us promote participating vendors as the festival approaches.

Direct-Sales Vendors

Direct-sales vendors are welcome to apply. To help manage duplicate companies or similar product lines, please include the company name and product category on your application.
