2025 VENDOR SET-UP INFORMATION
Friday, 9/12 4-8 p.m. and Saturday 9/13 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Preparations will begin Friday at 8 a.m. Vendors may begin set up any time after that.
If you wish to set up your “empty” booth on Thursday evening, you must call us to confirm that we are available to show you your booth assignment.
• Booth set-up and all vehicles must be parked off the property no later than 3:00 p.m. All though we officially open at 4:00 p.m., historically visitors do start arriving early.
We will make every effort to work with your schedule and needs as much as possible.
• There is an alley down the middle of the property which vendors can drive through for unloading purposes. There is also a side street to the west.
• All canopies should be weighted down, although you will be able to stake in some places, this is not a guarantee that your canopy will not be damaged or blown away. McCordsville United Methodist Church is not responsible or liable for damages.
• WI-FI will be available if needed for credit card or internet needs. Porta-Potties and Handwashing Stations are available outside the church in the alley near the playground. There is public parking available west by the fire station, south ½ block in the corner grass lot and the parking lot east of the church.
• We have new and expanded outdoor lighting and it will be on all night for security. The McCordsville Police will be watching over the property during the overnight Friday into Saturday morning. Please do not leave any valuables in your booths overnight.
• Music acts will be on the stage on Friday night and Saturday all day. Our Food Tent will be open both days, as well as many of the kids’ activities. Friday evening there will be a Cruise-in/Car Show on the north side of the church.
• We have a nice variety of vendors this year. Please be kind to your neighbors.
• When you arrive, please ask for Jan Smith, who will be your hostess again this year. She will show you to your assigned space. Look For The Big Smile!
Thank You All and we hope you have a great vending experience.
